The jacket as described. Ok quality fabric and Ok stitches. the neck part fabric is cozy and warm and the rest no lining of it. THIS IS NOT COTTON FABRIC! as they mentioned. It likes thin plastic material. If you have a dog like to bark to people at the park or outside your house. I'm not recommended this jacket. I ordered this jacket size L for my 11 lb dachshund and I use it only for take him to do his business around at my backyard. I attached the screenshot of the jacket outside and inside material to give you an idea.
